Welcome to the dental practice of Drs. Thomas Dumont and Aron Kivel, serving Ashland and the greater Rogue Valley area for over 25 years! Our practice is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality dental care available.
A Note From Dr. Dumont:
Dear Patients, Colleagues and Friends,
The time has finally come for me to retire from full time dentistry. Some people lately have been inquiring as to "When?". As much as I have been enjoying my practice, I was reticent to retire due largely to a lack of finding a qualified successor, a situation that changed with my fortuitous introduction to Dr. Aron Kivel.
Aron is a highly skilled, experienced and personable dentist from San Francisco. He graduated from the University of California at Davis in Managerial Economics, received his law degree from the University of San Francisco and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He began his dental career in Beverly Hills and Manhattan Beach, CA and then started his own office in San Francisco (www.sfdental.com).
While living in Mill Valley, a small town near Sausalito, Aron and his fiancé, Ryann, began their search for the perfect small town in which to relocate. They discovered Ashland last year, fell in love with the place (who wouldn't) and moved this past February.
In addition to a gentle touch and warm demeanor, Aron brings with him many skills, techniques and technologies aimed to provide a comfortable experience, exceptional results and great value. "Same day" in-office CAD/CAM fabrication of restorations, Invisalign orthodontics, surgical placement of implants, oral surgery, modern dentures and tricks for safe removal of amalgam, are just a few of the new services that await.
My involvement in the near future will be wrapping up cases of ongoing treatment and transitioning your records to Dr. Kivel. My entire team is looking forward to working with Dr. Kivel as they have spent time together on numerous occasions. Your visits to our office will feel as warm and inviting as always.
I look forward to seeing you and introducing you to Dr. Kivel. We are having a casual drop-in "office warming" reception on Thursday, June 25th from 3-8 p.m. Please consider this an invitation. We would love to see you!
I wish to thank you for the pleasure of your patronage and trust over the many years. I have had a long and deeply fulfilling professional career.
Wishing you all the best,
